Flexi-Care Support
• Facilitated
support available to allow residents to remain in their own homes
within the village for as long as possible.
• Village management is committed to provide co-ordination
of increased and appropriate support on a needs basis by liaising
with Health Agencies. Such care includes personal care, meals and
assistance with daily living activities.
• Flexi-care support can be either temporary or on a more
permanent basis.
• Support can take the form of provision of village internal
staffing or existing community care providers. Cost of services
to the account of the Resident but with Village providing co-ordination and general
support free of charge.
• The Manager can assist residents with information about accessing services to their home, which will keep them independent and healthy.
• The friendly staff in the Village have a variety of skills which will assist residents in a wide range of requests.
