The village has an active social committee which organizes events which Residents may participate in as much or as little as they elect. Such activities include:

New Activity
• Line dancing at 4 p.m on a Wednesday. For people to participate or enjoy watching the dancing.
Retirement and the Community
Bendigo Village is an open community. It is well integrated with the wider Spring Gully and Bendigo communities via:
• U3A classes in the Community Centre
• Reading programmes with local schools
• An active Probus programme
